The conference room trim has all been fitted and sent off to the chrome shop. The Conference room credenza received its final fit check and removed awaiting final install. The windowline panels are quickly getting their final fit checks and trim before being wrapped. The fwd lavatory cabinetry has had its final fit check with interior panels before heading off to finishes for paint. The headliner structure has made its way to the state room bulkhead and preparations are being made to install headliner panels for fit checks. The lavatory doors are being outfitted with their indicator lights and updated handles with electrical components. The aft lavatory plumbing components have begun population and the faucet mounting structure has been welded and installed. Lavatory mirrors have been sent to the manufacturer and are being machine cut. Countertops are going through quality inspection before being protective wrapped and stored, awaiting final installation.
The galley refrigerator cabinet has gone through preliminary paint and final assembly has begun. It is currently being bench tested with all the refrigeration equipment for final ops check.

The valances have been test fit for their final trim and are headed to the interiors shop for wrap.

Work on the air stair control wiring continues. Astronics and Flight path 3D, the companies we have been working with on a moving map solution for the last 3 months, came to do a site visit. The main cabin relay has arrived.

Forward cabin overhead valences have been covered with foam in preparation for leather. The reading light bezels have been prototyped. The blanket for the forward cabin J-box is in work.

Bar countertop, fabricating edge trim. Laminating countertop assembly. Edge finishing of wine & liquor cubby. Aft lavatory side ledge finishing. Galley trash can door adjustment. Installing edge trim details to house accent lighting. Potted inserts are being installed on the galley trash can.
water plumbing
Test run of all pluming equipment on the bench. Ensuring water flow is acceptable, water heater function, sink facet aerator function. work continues on the routing and installation of freshwater and wastewater lines. The tank dimensions have been developed. We have reached out for bids and are now considering whether to construct from stainless steel or plastic.
heating and air conditioning – november 20, 2024
Completing of fuel pluming to heaters, working on line routing and installation of fuel filters and pump/shutoff system. Initial test fitting of heater mockup. Consideration of ducting runs and ancillary equipment connections/locations.
electrical – november 20, 2024
Install of cabin systems terminal board on outboard side of galley. Building up circuit breaker panel. construction of wire harnesses for cabinetry and overhead crossovers.

Continuing work on forward cabin headliner panels. Fabricating collar to close out edge of the astrodome. completing work on the flight deck door edge trim.
general updates – november 13, 2024
Interior panels continue to be covered, and the forward cabin headliner has been installed. Cabinetry continues to be prepped for finishes. Electrical work continues, and wiring for the main cabin bar has begun. The circuit breaker test panel has been laser cut to start populating the main cabin master wire harness. APU and heater fuel lines are being run and fit to the main R/H fuel tank. Baggage smoke elimination shutters have been removed for re-work and and are ready to be reinstalled. Liquor cubby has been modeled in CAD and the penetration made into the aft lavatory bulkhead.

Prep work continues on main cabin and conference room cabinetry prior to finishing and metal veneers being installed. Work on the valances in preparation for PSUs and coverings continues. Vibration isolators are being fitted to the main cabin bar. Conference room credenza is going through final fit and finish. The credenza top has been cut and prepped for finishing and mounting, images have been sent to the printing company for the printed leather inserts. Forward cabin headliner and galley headliner are in work. Wiring diagrams for the main cabin are being drawn up and wire runs/troughs are being built to accept the harness.

The channel for rerouting the fire protection pulleys is in work, and subfloor work is being done to accommodate this change around the hatch to the baggage compartment. The blackwater tank is in progress. Drink rail structure has been installed in the main cabin to make final adjustments and get final measurements for dress coverings, electrical and countertop material. Aft lavatory cabinetry is well into work and taking shape quickly. Galley and forward lavatory cabinetry is being prepared for finishes and their painted/riveted veneers. All cabin wash lighting fixtures have been installed and valances are being prepped for PSU’s and coverings. Custom door edge extrusion has been received on the shop floor and fitment checks are being made before the full run is produced. The last cushion for the state room divan is in work.

The fresh and waste water systems are being mocked up in the baggage compartment. Supports in the floor structure are being installed for the hatch to the baggage compartment.
